So here’s the deal. Very, very rarely, there comes a time when I don’t feel like eating. For people who know me, this is very hard to believe, but it does happen. At times like these, this salad hits the spot.

Serves: 4 servings
3 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups chopped seasonal fruit (in winters – apples, strawberries, grapes, oranges. in summers – mango, kiwi, water melon, musk melon)
1/2 cup cubed (small) mixed cheese
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Dash of pepper
Toss everything together & enjoy!
