An easy-peasy, ready in minutes soup

Serves: 4 servings
1 package mushrooms, roughly chopped
1 large onion, roughly chopped
4-5 whole garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup milk
Water to thin down to desired consistency
- Heat oil in pressure cooker. On high flame, sauté the mushrooms, onions and garlic till they start turning light brown.
- Add 1/4 cup of water and salt. Close the lid. Switch off the burner after 1 whistle.
- Allow the mix to cool a little and then blend to a very fine paste.
- Return the mix to the pressure cooker, add the milk and bring to a boil. Add water to thin to desired consistency. Taste and adjust the salt. Season with pepper and enjoy hot!
