What is the difference?

As any corporate trainer worth his/her salt will tell you, a good training ALWAYS has an end goal in mind. Working out refers to actions. Training refers to goal oriented actions. It signals to you that you have a result to achieve – it may be anything. Toning, lifting heavier weights, losing inches or just getting your blood pressure under control, for starters.

Call it what it is, ladies – You. Are. TRAINING!
