Sounds interesting, doesn’t it? I saw a mention of it on a friend’s Facebook page and was immediately attracted to it. I am a HUGE fan of chinese food, after all! While a lot of recipes mentioned that this tasted just like actual chinese fried rice, I wouldn’t go so far (I am a discerning rice fan). However, it definitely gives great variety to a person who is off grain & cereal (waaaah!) and is really tasty to boot. It is a wonderful hot meal to dig into at the end of a busy day. Fast, easy and remarkably versatile – here is my version of the no-rice cauliflower fried rice 🙂 The original recipe can be found here – there are some really helpful pictures in there as well.
